OpData-Drive
Surgical Logbook
An African proverb says..
If you want to go fast, go alone.
If you want to go far, go together.
OpData-Drive lets surgeons record the operations they perform in a structured form, review their own statistics and, if they choose, sync everything to their own Google Sheets spreadsheet. Add the colleagues you operated with to a case as team members and the record appears in their logbook too. It ships specialty-specific forms for 19 specialties.
Features
Specialty-specific forms
Separate record forms for 19 specialties. Surgical: Neurosurgery, Orthopaedics and Traumatology, General Surgery, Cardiovascular Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Ophthalmology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and Otorhinolaryngology. Also: Emergency Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Dentistry and Paediatrics. Target structure, classification, procedure type, implant and graft options change per specialty.
Works offline
Enter records on mobile and desktop without a connection; once you are back online they sync in the background.
Statistics
See your total case count, distribution over time and diagnosis or procedure breakdowns; group by year, month and week.
Google Sheets sync
Connect your Google account and your records are written to a spreadsheet created in your own Drive. The spreadsheet is yours — download, share or analyse it whenever you like.
Teams
Add the OpData users you operated with to a case as team members; the record then also appears in their list.

Data security
Your data stays yours
